Cleaning
Complimentary Cleaning: Drop your jewellery at our Sydney flagship for professional cleaning.
At-Home Care:
Diamonds & Gemstones: Use mild detergent and a soft toothbrush. Always clean over a bowl to catch loose stones.
Pearls: Wipe gently with a soft cloth and mild soap to remove residue from cosmetics or perfumes.
Gold, Platinum & Rhodium Plated: Use a jewellery polishing cloth for a gentle shine.
Storage
Pearls: Store in soft, fragrance-free tissue paper or a cloth bag, away from other jewellery.
Travel: Use a jewellery roll to prevent tangling or scratching during travel.
Activities
– Remove your jewellery before cleaning, exercising, sleeping, or showering to avoid damage or exposure to chemicals.
– Avoid swimming while wearing fine jewellery, especially silver, rhodium-plated, or under-18k alloys, as chlorine can corrode or tarnish metals.
Tarnishing
