For our valued clients' peace of mind, we are pleased to offer a twenty four month warranty from the date of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, inappropriate use or storage of your product, tarnishing and any repairs or modifications made by third parties. 

The benefits provided by this warranty are in addition to other rights available to you under Australian Consumer law.

To make a warranty claim, please take your jewellery and proof of purchase to our Flagship Store or contact us on info@heidiandhart.com with the details of your claim. Please include your original proof of purchase details and photos of your piece.
